Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Recorded and email sessions

All recorded and email sessions are non-refundable once delivered. This includes tarot readings, akashic records sessions, distance reiki, and any add-ons. These sessions represent a significant investment of time, energy, and care. That work begins long before you receive your recording.

 

If for any reason I am unable to complete or deliver your session within the stated timeframe, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

 

Live Zoom sessions

I understand that life is unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule a live session, please do so with as much notice as possible.

 

Cancellation with 48 hours or more notice — full refund

Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice — 50% refund

No show — no refund

 

If I need to cancel our session for any reason, you will receive a full refund and priority rebooking at your convenience.

 

If your session doesn't resonate

If you receive your session and feel uncertain or have questions about what came through, I encourage you to reach out before drawing conclusions. As noted in the FAQ, readings can land differently at different times, and I am always happy to offer clarification.

 

Please note that dissatisfaction with the content of a reading, for example with what the cards, Spirit, or energy revealed, is not grounds for a refund. I deliver what comes through with honesty, care, and integrity, and I cannot control or guarantee what arrives. What I can promise is that I will always bring my fullest presence and skill to every session.

 

If you have genuine concerns about the quality of your session, please reach out directly. I take my work seriously and will always address concerns with care and good faith, at my discretion.

 

Late Policy

For live Zoom sessions, please do your best to arrive on time. If you are running late, please send a quick message so I can hold the space for you. Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival out of respect for both of our schedules. If you have not arrived or made contact within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be considered a no-show, and the no show policy will apply.

Courses, guides, and written materials offered through Coffee Cup Oracle and Café Lunaire are provided for personal learning, spiritual growth, and self-exploration. Results may vary depending on individual interpretation, experience, and personal practice.

Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By booking a session with Coffee Cup Oracle, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

 

Our Right to Decline Service

Coffee Cup Oracle, LLC reserves the right to decline or discontinue service to anyone at any time, at its sole discretion.
